Sandy Bottoms has different accommodation types to suit everyone’s needs and budget: Resort Style Rooms, Exclusive Cabins, Secluded Camping facilities and our new Cedar Villas.
Check In: After 3pm on day of reservation.
Contactless Check-in is available. Call us when you arrive and we’ll leave your sanitized key in your room
If you’ll be arriving after dark, let us know and we’ll leave a light on! You are welcome to arrive before 3pm and use the resort grounds, but your room may not be ready until 3pm.
Check Out: By 11am on day of departure.
LUXURIOUS DELUXE ROOMS
A number of well appointed motel rooms are available, all fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and a private 3 piece bathroom. Choice of 1 King bed or 2 Queen beds. Specify your preference upon booking.

CEDAR VILLAS
Our Cedar Villas are the perfect option for those who wish a little more distance from your neighbors while vacationing at Sandy Bottoms Resort! With a romantic backdrop of greenery and set apart from the other accommodations, the Villas offer a more private setting. They have all the amenities you would expect from our resort, including a King bed with linens, a fridge and freezer, and 2 piece powder room. Each Villa has it’s own private porch with seating and BBQ for personal use. Shared shower facilities are nearby.

GARDEN VILLA
Exceptionally appointed and private, the Garden Villa has all the amenities you would expect: Queen bed with fresh linens, fridge, coffee maker and microwave, a 2 piece powder room with compost toilet and a covered, outdoor shower. A large deck with seating, BBQ and personal hot tub complete this accommodation. Set away from all other rooms for privacy, the Garden Villa is an oasis of tranquility.

THE CASITA
This unit shines with individuality and modern decor. The Casita boasts 2 Queen bedrooms and a full washroom. The couch in the sitting room folds out to a queen bed as well. The kitchenette has a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, cooktop and is fully equipped for your cooking needs. The large deck has seating for 6, a BBQ and personal hot tub.

COZY CABINS
Our cozy cabins are beautifully appointed and provide comfort and security to our budget-minded guests. Each cabin has a comfortable queen bed with fresh linens, and a mini fridge to keep food and beverages chilled, as well as personal seating right outside their door. Shared washroom and shower facilities are just across the quad.

SECLUDED CAMPING SITES
Why not sleep under the stars? Although Sandy Bottoms is not a campground, we can accommodate tents and campers along with a limited number of RV’s. There is no dumping station on the grounds, but there is one 5 minutes away for a minimal fee. Sites are not serviced. A shared washroom and shower facility is close by for our camping guests.

Sandy Bottoms adults only resort is available for couples and single women only. No Single Men are allowed. Since Sandy Bottoms has been designed for couples and single women, a safe upscale environment is enjoyed by all. This is a resort where you can free yourself and indulge in a private and relaxed setting.
ETIQUETTE GUIDELINES
Here are a few guidelines to make your stay as stress free as possible:
- Insults or abusive (foul) language toward any other person will not be tolerated
- Gawking will not be tolerated. Any complaints of gawking will be addressed and dealt with aggressively
- Cell phones and cameras are not permitted anywhere on the resort, except for inside guest rooms
- Sorry, but no pets are allowed in the rooms or on premises
- Please be respectful of the environment and the resort itself
- Keep all garbage cleaned up, as not to attract animals
- Only pre-registered guests. Anyone arriving or bringing anyone else who is not pre-registered will be asked to leave
GLASS POLICY
For the safety of all of our guests, glass bottles are not permitted outside of your rooms and lounge area. Plastic cups are provided. If you require more, please ask your host couple.
SMOKING POLICY
All rooms and all of our indoor areas are NON-SMOKING per Ontario law. Smoking is also not permitted in the beach area. Smoking is only permitted on the grassy areas away from the guest rooms. Please be courteous of our other guests when smoking in these areas.
